Working out abs only will not get you abs!

Maintain a well planned routine covering exercises of each body part twice or atleast once in a week.

You can do abs on alternate days.

Workout for abs:

Leg raises

2. Abs pulldown on cable with rope


Do 15 reps of leg raises and then immediately after that do 10 reps of abs pulldown - this makes your 1 complete set

Do 4 sets of this taking 1–2 minutes rest in between the sets.

Then:

3. Mountain climber


4. Plank

Do Mountain Climber for 30 seconds and then try Plank for doing 60 seconds, or at least 30 seconds plank - this makes 1 set....(more)
